Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Each order is manually adjusted and inspected for quality before being shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends.

Additionally, customs clearance can also cause delays in the estimated delivery time. Your local customs office may require additional documents and additional time to clear your package before it can be delivered. Your order may be delivered by either your local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service and will be received with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
